Chad Fisher is an Instructional Technology Resource Teacher in Winchester Virginia. He is currently at the High School level but has worked in the Middle School and Elementary levels as well.
In the past he has worked as a Technology Teacher and an Art Teacher.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in education for the Visual Arts as well as a Master of Science in Computers in Education. He also has a Google Apps certification and is an authorized Google Education Trainer.
While this site is minimal as of now, I hope to add more resources in time.
